FA 345 Renaissance Art
An examination of the development of the arts of Italy, Germany, France, and/or the Low Countries from the 14th through the 16th century within the historical context of religious practice, humanist philosophy, politics, socioeconomic development, and science. Particular emphasis will be given to painting, sculpture, and graphic art. Prerequisite: FA 202 or permission of instructor. Liberal Arts Core/University Requirements Designation: GP. (3)
