FA 365 Baroque Art
A study of European art of the 17th and 18th centuries. The course examines developments in painting, graphic art, and sculpture across Europe from around 1560 to around 1750, within the historical context of international politics and national identity, religion, and philosophy. Prerequisite: FA 202 or permission of instructor. Liberal Arts Core/University Requirements Designation: GP. (3)
