HIM 489 HIM Capstone Project

This is the capstone course for students in the B.S. in Health Information Management program. Designed to allow students to engage in a Real-Projects-for-
Real-Clients Course (RPRCC) opportunity. Students work closely with a client, develop a detailed project proposal for their project, conduct the work, develop a project report, and write a project perspective after the project is over. This is a required course for the HIM program. This course uses active- and inquiry-based techniques and includes several writing assignments. Prerequisites: EN 102 and HIM 423.
