NU 236 Fundamentals of Nursing
Prepares students to utilize the nursing process in implementing nursing skills and basic nursing technologies when caring for patients in a variety of settings. Foundations of nursing, including ethical, and legal issues, nursing roles, and evidence-based practice are discussed. Prerequisites: BIO 161, BIO 162, CHM 125. Prerequisites or corequisites: NU 226 and NU 234. Liberal Arts Core/University Requirements Designation: INQ. (4)
