This hybrid online course for RNs prepares the student to perform a comprehensive health assessment of physiological, psychological, spiritual, sociocultural, and developmental variables of individual clients across the life span. History-taking and physical-assessment skills are developed. Prerequisites: BIO 161, BIO 162, and RN licensure. (3)
