PT 731 Clinical Application of Physical Therapy Management of Patients in Acute Care

Includes laboratory activities focusing on the safe and competent application of physical therapy examination procedures and treatment interventions associated with the content of PT 730. Problem-based, patient-centered cases guide the learning activities, as students participate in small-group tutorial sessions twice weekly. Students also participate in supervised clinical practice. Offered spring semester only. Prerequisites: PT 700 through 723, and PT 732. Corequisite: PT 730. (5)
