FA 202 Introduction to Art History: Renaissance to Modern
A survey of painting, architecture, and sculpture in the Western world from the Renaissance to the Twentieth Century, with particular emphasis on works of art from the Washington, DC region. This course uses those works to investigate meaning in the visual arts and the development of artistic style within an historical context. Liberal Arts Core/University Requirements Designation: FNA.
