Courses in astronomy, chemistry, earth science, ecology, and physics support the Liberal Arts Core requirements in the sciences and the concentration requirements of the Biology major.

Minor requirements: BIO 151-152 General Biology I & II, CHM 151-152 Principles of Chemistry I & II or PHYS 171-172 General Physics I & II, and 12 elective credits from BIO or PHYS courses numbered above 200.
