Human Resource Management (M.A.)

This program prepares students to excel as specialist or generalist human resource professionals, managers, and consultants. Students acquire competencies in all of the core human resource management functional areas, within a systems perspective and relating strategically to overall organization performance.

Admission Requirements: The School strongly recommends that candidates have at least two years of work experience before applying.

Instructional Design (Graduate Certificate)

This program prepares students to determine when training and education solutions are appropriate, determine the requirements for instructional programs, design and develop instructional programs and supporting materials, and evaluate the results of instructional programs.

Certificate Requirements

Organization Development (Graduate Certificate)

This program allows students to concentrate on OD applications and fieldwork.
