NU 400OL Health Promotion and Risk Reduction in Communities
This hybrid online course for RNs presents public health concepts, principles, standards, theory, and intervention modalities in nursing practice. Clinical experience is provided in distributive settings. Client advocacy is promoted and teaching is emphasized. Transportation is the responsibility of the student. Prerequisites: NU 302OL, NU 362OL, NU 361OL, BIO 260, and RN licensure. (5)
